Cooking Classes by "The Rock Barn"

Enjoy great food, socializing, and Hill Top wine while you learn about cooking in a unique and scenic setting. A glass of wine is included in class fee of $35 per person per class. Reservations and pre-payment are required. There will be more classes to follow every other Wednesday at Hill Top from 6-8pm.The first class is a cooking class on "The Cheeses". Topics for this class will be production, pairing, Raw vs. Pasteurized and classification. Wednesday Sept. 1 from 6-8 pm. 

There will be a class every other Wednesday.
